About START Jobs
START Jobs is the event and bootcamp home for START Canada. It gives people one place to discover career-readiness workshops, webinars, and guided programs, register, and keep track of what they have joined.
From insight to practice
Career goals become more useful when they lead to action. START Jobs connects participants with opportunities to practise technical skills, strengthen professional communication, work on projects, and prepare for career conversations.
Part of a connected experience
START Jobs complements the START Canada Employability Score Platform, where assessments, progress insights, professional profiles, and career-readiness support come together. Participants can use the part of the experience that fits their next step.
Who it serves
Programs are designed for students, newcomers, career changers, job seekers, and working professionals. Institutions and employers may also work with START Canada on career-readiness programs for their communities.
Clear expectations
START Jobs provides educational and career-development experiences. It is not an employment agency, and participation does not guarantee a job, interview, admission, certification, or other career outcome.
